SN65MLVD205AD - common-mode range

There are some intermittent failures when connecting 10 boards to the SN65MLVD205AD MLVDS bus via a 4 foot cable.  The device common-mode value drops out of the acceptable range when the device is enabled.  A screenshot is shown below.
