Hi,

Our customer has a question about VDD pins.

Are all VDD pins independent of each other in the device ?

On the other hand, are all VDD pins short in the device?

If VDD 10 pin isn't supplied power, would DS110DF410 be unavailable?

Toshiyuki-San,

This pin powers Channel 3. Without it, Channel 3 is dead. Channel 3 may get power through the ESD ring, so you may see some activity, however, this is not recommended and we haven't tested the device under this condition..

Could you give me more details about VDD ESD ring?

I am considering that each VDD pin has only a protection device at GND side

Toshiyuki-San,

ESD Protection diodes go to both GND and VDD pins. As mentioned earlier, this pin should be connected else we cannot guarantee the operation of the channel 3.
