Hitesh,

TPL7407 has no current limiting nor temperature shutdown. The load must be current limited or fuse protected.
IOK refers to the internal clamp diode for inductive "kick back" (green highlighted).

Do you want current limit to protect the driver or do you want to output to be a programmable current sink? What current do you desire?
