ESD solution for RS422+485 with 2 diff. pairs @125°C (?)

Hi,

I need an ESD solution for 2 differential pairs ("4 channels"), meeting both RS422 and RS485, rated for 125°C.
Package should be or similar to SOT23-6 ("DBV"), space is constrained.

This narrows it down to something like http://www.ti.com/product/tpd4e1u06, is it suitable for this application? Other ideas?
What to watch out for regarding break-down voltage and clamp voltage?

This question has been marked as answered (automatically?), but is obviously not.

Nevertheless, I think I can answer myself in the meantime: Break-down and reverse stand-off voltages of TPD4E1U06 seem way too low for RS485, which is specified with -7 V to +12 V common mode range...

Hi Felix,

Sorry that this got closed without an answer, it was a mistake. While TPD2E007 is the device to use for this signal range, it is only rated for 85 C. Otherwise, we do not offer a device for this application.
