2077 HUB disconnect from host

We have built an USB HUB PCB according to the schematic drawing that we
attached. During operation this HUB interrupts the
communication with the PC from time to time. This interruption is only for
a moment, and it recovers, but this short interruption results failure in
the data acquisition system that is connected to the HUB.

One way that we could trigger this failure: switching off and on the
lighting (fluorescent tube).

If we exchange the R34 resistor to 0 ohm on the nRESET signal the failure occurs less often, app.
10-15% of the switch off-on results communication interruption.

Please send your comments and suggestion that would help us to solve this problem.
