XIO3130 clock issue in port 1

Hi Sir

               We have one issue in XIO3130. our system and TI XIO3130EVM have same issue.

port 1 clock did not have clock ouptut , Port2 and port 3 are ok.

EEPROM have programming this file "XIO3130 Normal Mode".

How did we get clock from port 1?

    The file only have ‘1’, for testing porpoise, the could you please try using the EEPROM image file that I’m attaching you?
