From HD3SS6126 manual, U22 is PMOS power switch. What is the exact product number for this chip so that I can design my own board?

Hello shiwei,

The U22 part is the CSD25302Q2 which is a P-Channel NexFET™ Power MOSFET. However, this IC is no longer available.
