Power over STP

Are there any app notes or guidance for sending power over twisted pair when using chips like the DS90UB927 / DS90UB928 ?  Since the twisted pair is capacitively coupled on each end, it seems like it should be possible if done correctly.

    The article related to POC/PODL is very helpful for designer.
    Hower, I want to have formal application note as the below request.
    Thies because, I am going to design Ti serdes with POC/PODC.

    In case of the 947/948 and 927/928, they need STP cable. Are these possible for supporting PODL? If it can, do you have technical document?
    Another case for Power over Coax, 913/914, If yes for POC (power over Coax), would you give me the related document.
