Need to add that As I understand this refers more to PC systems.

Customer need a solution which is Embedded and support from the FPGA/DSP side.

What is the SATA spec revision they want to meet?

In principle, I would like to get maximum throughput as I need to store video at the highest FPS possible.

Do you have application with TI MCU?

Device with a higher throughput are SN75LVCP600, SN75LVCP600S and SN75LVCP601
