My customer wants to confirm the following:
I need a confirmation from TI and I need it pretty quick. We are using the TPD4E001DRL for USB ports protection and we connected the part as shown on page 5 of the datasheet (USB #1 to IO1 (p) and IO4 (n), and USB #2 to IO3 (p) and IO2 (n)). The physical signals routing is not good with this configuration. From the datasheet, we do not see a functional difference if we connect the IO# pins in a different configuration but want to confirm with TI. We want to connect as follow: USB #1 to IO1 (p) and IO2 (n), and USB #2 to IO4 (p) and IO3 (n).
