A customer has a problem that the TUSB9261 demo board does not pass the SSC test as below.

It passes other USB2.0 compliance test items except for the SSC test.
It looks like that the SSC function is disabled. To disable the SSC function, a customized firmware is needed. However they are using a standard firmware which was downloaded from http://www.ti.com/product/tusb9261.
I think the EVM may have a problem. If you also think so, I would like to send the customer a new one which surely pass the SSC test. Is it possible to get the new one?
