LMH0344 output conversion to LVDS

Hello,


We are using an LMH0344 to receive ASI signals, on the other side we would like to conect the SDO_P and SDO_N outputs to an LVDS input on an Altera Cyclone V FPGA that is powered from 2.5V. What is the proper termination to use in this case to convert the LMH0344 output to to proper LVDS voltages.
