DS90UB913A-CXEVM & DS90UB914A-CXEVM

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DS90UB914A-CXEVM, OMAP3530, DS90UB913A-CXEVM

We are using DS90UB913A-CXEVM and DS90UB914A-CXEVM boards. We are not able to communicate to the deserializer through I2C. We are using an OMAP3530 and MAX3370 bidirectional level shifters to adapt 1.8V to 3.3V. The signals of the I2C bus are correct if measured with the oscilloscope.

It is not clear to me if you are trying to communicate with the deserializer directly with the I2C port on the chip, or via the backchannel from the 913A - can you clarify this?

One of the first things to check would be the status of the IDx pin which determines the address that the device responds to - make sure that you are talking to the appropriate address based on the state of IDx.
