Could the chips DS90UB913Q/DS90UB914Q support the format of BT.656?

Could the chips DS90UB913Q/DS90UB914Q transmit parallel digital video signal in the format of BT.656?

There's no more details on whether the chips supports BT.656 in the datasheet of DS90UB913Q/DS90UB914Q.

As we kown,BT.656 do not need the HS and VS signals which are encoded into its date signals.

Now I have a camera which could output BT.656 video signals and is connected to DS90UB913Q,so what the state of pin HSYNC and pin VSYNC of DS90UB913Q should be,floating or connected to GND?

BT656 defines both a parallel and a serial data format for standard definition (525 line or 625 line) video. The DS90UB913Q and DS90UB914Q can transport the parallel data via their serial link, but the formatting of the serial link is not compatible with the formatting defined for the serial data of BT656.

If you are operating the '914 and '913 in this mode, the inputs to the HSYNC and VSYNC pins will be transported (even though they are not required), so the inputs should be tied to GND to avoid excessive noise.

The DS90UB913/914 can transport the BT.656 parallel signal, but the serial stream will not be compatible with the BT.656 serial standard.
