We are investigating some strange supply related issue and would like some deeper insight into the DP83630 internal supply structure.
The device has the following supply pins:
IO_VDD: I/O VDD supply
ANA33VDD: Analog VDD supply
ANAVSS: Analog GND
CD_VSS: Analog GND
IO_CORE_VSS: Digital GND
IO_VSS: Digital GND
There is not CORE VDD, but from the above GND naming, I would expect at least the digital part of core to run on the IO_VDD supply.
Q1)
What supply(ies) is powering the internal part (core) of the device?
Q2)
From the above signal naming it is indicated that at least some part of the core is powered from the IO_VDD. This supply is variable and either 2.5 or 3.3V.
Is the core run directly on either the IO or analog supply, or does the device include an internal LDO or like which supplies the core with power at a lower voltage?
3.3V seems high for a core like this.
