Hi, this is a new design with TLK110 using single 3.3V supply. After power up there is no clock activity or XI, XO or CLKOUT pins.I tried toggling RESET - still no clock. I also tried to supply an external oscillator driven clock into XI - still no clock.
I checked that all supplies are 3.3V and all Grounds are 0V. RBIAS (pin 24) shows 1.21 V. Currently no MII signals are driven, also not driven - MDIO, MDC, INT_PWDN.
