A customer is interested in seeing the IBIS model details for the high speed pins as listed below.

The current document states this data is not present due to IBIS modeling limitations.  Is there an updated document

or recommendations of board layout for these particular pins?

    There is no updated IBIS model.  We do have layout recommendations in our design and layout guide (http://www.ti.com/lit/pdf/snla056) on the Technical documents tab (http://www.ti.com/product/DP83865/technicaldocuments) of the DP83865 product folder.
