Does anyone know the R15 value described in Figure 2. Equivalent Circuit?

    Hi Go,

    The equivalent circuit in Figure 2 is for reference only. We do not have reference resources available to denote the internal resistance values for the equivalent circuit.

    Hello, 

    Although there's no exact parameters in the datasheet of DS9637A, we can conclude from the Ios parameter to get a approximate value of R15.

    Datasheet says Ios is typically 75mA  when Vcc=5.5V. Since the resistance value of the transistor can be ignored, we can assume the value of R15 is 5.5 V / 75m A=73 Ohm
