Serdes for radar application

Hello,
I'm searching for a Serdes with some special features.
At the moment I'm using a Kintex7 FPGA with two 6.250 Gbps GTX instantiated, one for the RX channel and one for the TX channel.
The product is a UWB radar.
The radar transmits PRBS code.

Now I'm searching for a Serdes that I can use instead of the GTX channels in the Kintex7 FPGA so that I can use a less complex FPGA.

The TX channel and the RX channel must have the same clock source, and the RX channel must not recover any clock from incoming signal, it must lock on its reference clock.
The latency must be constant.
No coding, no protocol, just a chip that serialize parallel data (PRBS) and deserialize the incoming data with a clock from the same source. But it must be different clock inputs because I must be able to phase shift the RX clock.
It is no problem to use two Serdes IC.

I hope you understand the description.
Do you have any product that I can use?

If you got a IC that also generates the PRBS code it would be great!

Thanks in advance!
