Hi Team,

Could you tell me the failure mode of ISO764x if applied voltage exceeds rated isolation voltage?

Is it possible case to be shorted between input and output?

Yes, it is possible for all optocouplers and digital isolators to fail short when applied voltage exceeds rated isolation. ISO764x is no different.
