Compatibility issue of DS90UB913A/914A transmit cable

Hi sir,

We have a compatibility issue of Ethernet cable (CAT5E type, 12 Meter) to transmit high-resolution video steam through in the DS90UB913A and 914A in the IP Camera. We found that serious delays happened on some using 12-meter Ethernet cable devices. If we changed to 8-meter cable, there will be no problem. We want to know whether is compatibility problem of long cable and selection criteria?

    Hi Chien,

    For twin pair data transfer, we recommend a shielded cable such as the Leoni-Dacar 535 series w/ Rosenberger HSD connectors:

    Do you also see bit errors in your data stream with the 12-meter cable and not the 8-meter cable? Or just a larger delay?
