Dear Sirs,

May TUSB9261 support USB3.0 in WIn8 system?

My customer found while the TUSB9261 SATA storage plugged into USB3.0 port, the system cannot detect it!

However, the USB2.0 port on same system is OK.

Hello Peter,

Yes, the TUSB9261 supports USB3 connectivity on windows 8 & 8.1. Is the customer using a EVM or a custom implementation?. have they tested the USB3 connectivity in a different OS? i.e. Windows 7.

Hi Diego,

Yes! Customer use their own equipment to test on WIn8 and for WIn7 and WinXP, they are OK.

Did you have any idea what points that I can check with customer?
