XILINX VIRTEX5 SERDES - TLK2711

I have a XilinxV5 Eval board with the on chip SERDES interface. I am building a TLK2711 board which will interact with the V5 SERDES links. I can see that V5 is a CML logic ,while 2711 is a VML device. So if I use an AC coupling on the board that I am building, will that be sufficient ?

There are several examples for interfacing between VML and CML levels, so you could get important information for your specific case. Please let me know if you have any concern or question.
