Hello,

I have a question from customer board

And Please review of schematic and send me your comment.

Wire mouse is ok and other usb tool is not indication.

Wireless mouse is ok and other usb tool is ok.

And I think, Problem depend on Mouse operation.

Could you please be more specific about the issue?

In which case the operation is normal?
What is the fault?
Does it happen always or under certain circumstances?

Thank you for your answer.
Problem is Wire mouse is ok, but other USB tool is not indication on Port1~4.
Pls your comment.

Hello Eddy,

Disconnect SUSPND from GND.

Could they check the status of the SUSPND output when you connect the device that is failing?

Additionally, connect your device that is failing directly to the host to ensure that it works properly.

Thank you for your comment.

But Customer board is not good working.

Main chip is RK3288(rockchip)(OS,android).

USB storage and other USB memory,Harddisk is not problem.

But, Problem occurred Wire USB mouse and USB storage same operation.

RK3288 usb line and connected TPS2071EVM is same occurred problem.

Is it possible supported by the USB driver ?

Have you heard about compatibility issue?

Hello Eddy,

It seems that it is a driver issue with your USB 2.0 product, you need to update the USB divers on your system.

We have not heard about USB compatibility issues before. We will need USB protocol captures for further analysis.
