Hi expert,
I would like you to confirm about setting of EDID.
According to datasheet, you suggest four method to write/load EDID.
1. External Local EDID (EEPROM)
2. Internal EDID (SRAM)
3. External Remote EDID
4. Internal Pre-Programmed EDID
Here is my understanding about setting of "EDID_SEL" and "REM_EDID_LOAD" to realize above method.
For #1 : Set EDID_SEL to "1" and REM_EDID_LOAD is "Don't care"
For #2 : Set EDID_SEL to "0" and REM_EDID_LOAD to "0"
For #3 : Set EDID_SEL to "0" and REM_EDID_LOAD to "1"
However, I could not understand how "EDID_SEL" and "REM_EDID_LOAD" should be set to realize #4.
The questions are
1. Could you please confirm whether my understanding which are described from "For #1" to "For #3" is correct ?
2. Could you tell me how "EDID_SEL" and "REM_EDID_LOAD" should be set to realize #4 ?
