How much accuracy is necessary for the clock to input into REFCLK?
Is there the designation such as +-10%?

I've requested this information. By the moment, they said to me that too much variation of the actual RefCLK from the video parameters and configuration registers calculated based upon the RefCLK frequency could cause issues with the video output. This variation margin could vary between configurations. I'll let you know if there is some specific data about this margin.
