Hi,

I have questions about TLK105L.

1. In the TLK105L datasheet, there is Tj(Maximium die temperature) at page.9 "6.1 Absolute Maximum Ratings".

But I want to know the Tc(Case Temperature) spec.

Is Tc temperature specified for TLK105L?

I'm searching for recommended PCB land(Pad) pattern for TLK105L.

Is there any reference manual provided from TI?

Hi g.f.

1. You can calculate the Tc (Case Temperature) by using the values on page #10 or the datasheet (i.e. junction-to-case thermal resistance) and Tj.
2. There is a recommended PCB via pattern on page #95 and a recommended PCB pad on page #104.
