ISO1050 CANH Level

Below Image is from ISO1050 datasheet. For the CANH level, it shows 2.9V-4.5V when ISO1050 as dominant. Need to check when ISO1050 as recessive, the CANH level is 2V-3V? Please help check. Thanks!

Yes, in the recessive state, CANH and CANL are equal, and both lie in the range 2V-3V.

Hi, Anant:
If the CANH and CANL are equal, how the receiver determine which is high level, which is low level? Would you give more detail explanation?
