Dear Sirs,

Does anyone knows how to flash TUSB9261 with fixed serial number?

My customer used TUSB9261 flash burner and due to some application consideration, they need to use fixed serial number for each product.

Hello,

Yes, it is possible, just disable the "SN auto-gen feature" on the Flash Burner.
See section 4.2 of www.ti.com/.../sllu125d.pdf

Hi Elias,

My customer had unchecked the "SN auto-gen" function and assign the SN what they want before programming, but it cannot work!
The SN still changed after programming finished.
Is there any method else?

Hello,

I've just typed a custom serial number and it worked(see below picture)

They have to disable the "Use the device's ID on the serial number" as well.
