WEBCAM Not detecting through USB HUB

It seems that it is a driver issue with your USB 2.0 product, you need to update the USB diver on your system.

Note: A device that has multiple interfaces controlled independently of each other is referred to as a composite device. From the host’s perspective, a compound device is the same as a separate hub with multiple functions attached.

In addition to Joel's comments: Some USB devices are "high power device" and require external power, make sure your webcam can work with bus power.
How many devices are you connecting to the TUSB2077A? You will probably need external power with more than 4 downstream devices.

Hi, Thanks for reply. Im using Windows 7 Embedded 32 bit Version in which it is not working but the same is working with Windows 8. Can you pls provide USB driver for Windows 7.

I hve connected 7 Devices in this hub & Im using external power supply for powering all devices.It is working fine with windows 8 but not working with windows 7.

We don't have driver for this device, the hub uses the window's native driver for USB hubs.
This should be some issue with your operating system, I guess it works if you use windows 7 standard version. I recommend you to update the drivers on your OS or downgrade it they are up to date.
If you disconnect all the downstream devices, is the hub recognized by the Win7?

Im facing another issue..USB Hub randomly disconnects a port following with the error message POWER SURGE ON USB PORT. will this problem solved if i use transient suppressor on data lines or i need to use it on vbus line also?

The power surge is on VBUS, not the data lines. The power surge is causing an overcurrent event to be reported. You may need to increase the bulk capacitance on the downstream port or increase the current budget on the USB power switch.
