Out customer reported that there is some leak current from Dxx (TMDS port) to Vcc pin when Dxx pin is pulled up to 3.3V and Vcc of HD3SS215 is off.Is there any ESD diode on Dxx pin?

This is the normal case for the customer.
They are using HD3SS215 as 1:2 HDMI switch.
A source device is a mobile tool, and a sink device is a LCD display.
And there are pull-up terminations at the sink side of a LCD display.
So, when a mobile tool is connected to a LCD display, a mobile tool is power off sometimes.
They did not measure the leakage current .
When Vcc of HD3SS215 is off, the voltage at Vcc pin raised to 2V.
Does a sink port isolate from a source port when Vcc is off?
Does a sink port or a source port isolate from Vcc when Vcc is off?
