Hello, all

Now we have one inquiry regarding tolerance on BIST Oscillator Frequency of DS92LX1621 and DS92LX1622 from our customer.

Please refer to the item below, and feedback us with your comment.

When referring "Table 5. BIST Oscillator Frequency Select" on datasheet page 32, there are 3 selection on internal oscillator. (50MHz, 25MHz and 12.5MHz)

However, we could not be find out the actual tolerance of each cases. 

We assume that this depends on the accuracy of PCLK.

Please let us clarify how will BIST Oscillator Frequency be varied based on particular PCLK accuracy.

    Hi Atsushi-san,

    Sorry for the delay in response to your post.

    If you run the BIST oscillator frequency based on the internal oscillator, the internal oscillator frequency has an accuracy range of about +/-20%. This tolerance in the internal oscillator frequency is not dependent on the PCLK.
