Now, our customer is using DS80PCI402 with Manual RX-Detect for Gen3 and there is no issue. However, it is not work with Auto RX-Detect, 0x0E⇒10b.
Each PCIe chips couldn't detect DS80PCI402 device.It seems that terminating resistance is Hi-z.
Is there something that is considered to be the cause of that?

It seems that when Rx Detect pulses to determine the termination at the repeater's output, the resulting voltage pulse amplitude is not quite reaching the comparator threshold for a 50-ohm termination:
Do you have a schematic you can share or can your customer assure that there is a 50-ohm termination at the output of repeater?
