Would like to work with voltage of 1.8V at the RGB inputs. According to the d/s if   the Vref voltage is  between   0.5V to  0.95V, I can work a minimum voltage of  Vref + 0.2, which means you can work at a voltage of 1.8V at the inputs.Please that I understood correctly.
