LMH1983 Clock interruption occurs or not

Hello,

The following is the customer question about the LMH1983.
Is it okay the clock interruption doesn’t occur in below conditions?
1) Does the clock interruption occur in the timing to move from the reference lost to the free-run mode?
2) Does the clock interruption occur after the register value change (ex; PLL1 N Counter (0x2C))?

Hi Ogawa-San,

1). In this case, if the hold over mode is enabled, default mode, then there will not be clock interruption.
2). PLL1 Reg 0x2C gets updated when there a new video format detected(when Auto Format Detect enabled). If this gets updated it means there is a new video format and there maybe clock interruption.
