We are currently developing a 10Gbps module and are considering the TI ONET8551T for the transimpedance amplifier stage of the design. With the expected variances in the photodiode/current source stage of the module, we would like to request the model of the ONET8551T to allow us to simulate the operating environment and observe the affects of the AGC on the output amplitudes driving the subsequent stages. If available, we could also use the models of the other devices in the ONET85x1T family (ONET8501T, etc.) to enable performance comparisons for selecting the right TI part for our module.

    Hello Gil.

    We offer an IBIS-AMI model for the ONET8551T but not for the other products. In general, I recommend using the ONET8551T as this is our latest, highest gain device.
