TCA6424A has no interrupt

Our Schematic as bellow and we use TCA6424ARGJR. Weconfig the Port0-5 to input. I can detect P00 from hign to low ,but the INT always high.

I found http://e2e.ti.com/support/logic/f/151/t/31177 is the same as me. I winder if TCA6424A also have the same issue and need an addition clock pulse after a stop event ?

Let me understand your question first. The TCA6424A INT is HIGH even when the port input changes?
You are correct, this issue is same as the E2E post you pasted. You should try passing a clock pulse after the STOP event from another device.
