Where is there Physical Dimensions of 40pin WQFN(LLP) package?

I couldn't find this information in data manual.(ex. DP83848K)

Hi Taka,

To find package information on most TI parts you can navigate to the online page for the device. Then navigate to the "Quality & Packaging" tab. You will find a section for CAD/CAE symbols with a PDF file as well as CAD/STEP Model to view the package.

The link above is where you can find the package information for the DP83848K.
