Our customer is considering to use DS110DF111 and DS100MB203 in their system.
Could you please allow me to ask you the power/current consumption at data rate 4.9Gbps and 9.8Gbps, for each devices ?
I can find the description in the datasheet, however, there are no data rate information.
I believe these devices are Si-Ge Bi-CMOS process, so that the power consumption would not much change from the value in the datasheet.
Can we answer customer that the power consumption is data rate independent ?
If it depends on data rate, please share us the information.
