DP83848Q can support Ethernet AVB application?

There is nothing that would prevent the use of the DP83848Q in an AVB application, but the device does not include on-chip IEEE 1588 support so this would need to be handled at a higher level (that is to say, in the MAC or in software). For AVB applications requiring on-chip IEEE 1588 support, we typically recommend the DP83640 / DP83630. These devices do include on-chip IEEE 1588 support.
