The question about connecting TMDSEVM 6678L and Xilinx Kintex -7 evaluation kit

Hellow,
We are designing a GNSS Receiver and we use FPFA(k-7 evaluation kit) as correlators and DSP(TI TMS320C6678 EVM) as controler.The DSP could configue the registers in FPGA.Now we have a question here, what interface shoud we use to connect the two evaluation board.Are there some Well-understood methods? The picture below displays the featrues of the Kintex - 7 evaluation kit .
