XIO2213B - Oscillator Clock Input (XI) - 3.3V to 1.8V Active Voltage Translator

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: XIO2213B, SN74AVC2T245

The XI input on the XIO2213B is a 1.8V logic input (though it actually is a 1.5V input since that is the actual voltage reference).  In the datasheet it states to use caution if translating from a 3.3V oscillator to this 1.8V signal.  We don't want to have to use a high output drive oscillator (like on your evaluation board) and would like to use an active translator.

Do you see any reason why using a Texas Instruments SN74AVC2T245 voltage translator would not work if we filter the 1.5V and 3.3V power inputs on this device?

Do you have any other recommended active translators suitable for this?
