I think RGB24bit(XGA) is CLK+3LANE need.

In case of YUV16bit,
Is it possible to transmit by CLK+2LANE ?

- Display Refresh Rate : 60Hz
- Pixel Clock Frequency : 54MHz

Although the SN65LVDS301 is intended to work with RGB, it will serialize any parallel data at its inputs. I am not an expert on YUV16bit so it would be helpful if you can provide the spec of YUV16bit, so I can verify the suitability of our device with this data format.
