We operate the SN75451BDR at ambient temperatures between +20C and +60C, with short-term operation as low as -20C (system start-up).
The SN75451BDR is rated for use between 0 and +70C.
It appears that wider temperature versions are not available in the SOIC package and we are trying to avoid a board revision.
My question is related to use of the SN75451BDR device at -20C. Some details on our application follow:
The board containing this device is conformally coated.
Worst-case power dissipation (both channels combined) < 100mW; well below the max rating of 464mW at +70C.
All inputs are driven by similar logic devices (all 5V), and output high voltage is also 5V.
Maximum switching rate is very low (<1kHz).
What parameters or functionality should we be concerned about for -20C operation?

John
