Hi Asarudeen,

The TLK10232 can support SFI and XFI, however, we did characterize to 10GBASE-KR, which has similar physical layer requirements. We do not mention XFI/SI in the datasheet, but we do mention interfacing to SFP/SFP+ modules a couple of times.

Hi Luis,

We plan to use TLK10232 for interfacing 10GBASE-KR with 66AK2H14 XFI interface.

TLK10232 XAUI interface will be used for 10GBASE-KX4 on backplane.

We like to know whether TLK10232 can be used for the above intended purpose.

Hi Luis,

We plan to use DS100DF410 (10G Retimer) for interfacing with 66AK2H14 (DSP Processor) X2 XFI Interface. From other X2 of DS100DF410 retimer, SFP+ interface to be take and it will be route to TLK10232 10GBASE-KR interface. TLK10232 XAUI interface will be used for 10GBASE-KX4 on backplane.

We like to know whether this interface can be used.
