We have used TPD4S014 ESD protection device in one of our application in the path of USB charging circuit. IN our proto board when i connected it to Power from USB port ( connected through cable which is not having ESD suppression) and i observed that the ESD protection is burned. I am attaching our circuit so could you please suggest which went wrong in this circuit.
