I had confirmed the datasheet, it is only describe PRBS7 on Jitter Spec as followings.

Does the DS110DF111 have PRBS15 or PRBS31 data on Jitter Spec？ Thank you.

Hi,We do have DJ, RJ and TJ for PRBS15, but not PRBS31.
For PRBS15, the DJ = 5 ps (slightly higher), RJ = 0.33 ps and TJ = 9.5 ps.

Hi,
The oscilloscope technology does not allow a direct measurement of Rj, Dj, and Tj for PRBS31. The pattern is too long for the memory depth. The actual DS110DF111 output jitter is almost completely independent of the input pattern. A PRBS31 pattern, if we could measure it, would have a very slight increase (maybe 1ps) in Dj from the PRBS15 pattern measurement.
