Hi Team,

Our customer is considering to use SN75DP130. Do you have any recommended register settings (map) to start with, using for DP1.2a (54Gbps) application ?

I believe that equalizer could be set to automatic based on link training.

My another question is about DPCD registers. Are these value automatically set based on link training ? If not, it would be a great help how we should program these registers.

Hello,
You can start with the default PU/PD.
I recommend them to get an EVM to test the best setting.
Yes, there is an option to adjust the settings during link training, the graphics controller should have to set the DPCD registers during link training.

For DPCD registers, generally, do you need to manually set the value dynamically during link training or the device does not require manual setting ?

Hello,
PU/PD mean pull-up/pull-down.

The configuration through link training is a dynamic process implemented by the DP source through the AUX channel.
