if customer swapped DP139 input(DP data) and output(DHMI)'s positive and neagtive pin, is it ok to work chip?...As I know, HDMI is O.K, how about DP input?....

DP139 input data is agnostic to polarity as well as orientation. Polarity of the differential signals is not critical to the operation of the device. It is however critical to the operation of the DP++ to HDMI interface. If a polarity change is done on the input, the output will also need to be inverted. True polarity must be maintained from the DP++ source to the HDMI connector interface. In_D1, In_D2, In_D3, In_D4 can also be “re-arranged” to allow for a better layout. Again, the DP++ source and the HDMI connector must match signal mapping
Typical DP++ mapping is the following:
DP139:In_D4 to Out_D4 is TMDS CLK
DP139:In_D3 to Out_D3 is TMDS D0
DP139:In_D2 to Out_D2 is TMDS D1
DP139:In_D1 to Out_D1 is TMDSD2
