Hi,

Could you please tell us the recommended power-on sequence for TCA6416A?
The schematic and three power-on sequence(1, 2 and 3) are shown as below.
Which is correct although we believe that we should apply a power supply to the VCCP earlier than the VCCI to cause a power-on reset by referring to the function block diagram on page 17 of the data sheet ?
Moreover, could you please give us your advice if needing timing constraints ?

Please see page 29 of the TCA6416A datasheet, section 11: Power Supply Recommendations

On this page, you can see the recommended ramp-up speeds (VCC_RT <= 2000 ms).

Typically, we recommend that VCCP come up before VCCI, but it should not make a difference. There is an internal reset which will hold the device in reset if VCCI is high and VCCP is low (even if !RESET is high) until VCCP comes up to VPOR.
